Deep tissue massage
Deep tissue massage focuses on realigning the deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue. Unlike
massage therapy, deep tissue massage usually focuses on a specific problem, such as:

Aromatherapy Massage is Massage Therapy using Essential oils. Essential oils are derived from plants.
These oils help to lift your mood and alleviate pain. An individual blend is made for you on each
visit – the essential oils chosen are specific to your requirements on that day. The essential oils
work to enhance the massage and continue to work when you leave. My intention is to enhance your
physical and emotional well-being in a nurturing and professional environment. To relieve the aches and pains of the day.

Bioptron light treatment

Bioptron light therapy supplies natural electro-magnetic energy to the skin, just like the sun does.
